This Valentines Day look is all about the statement lips. I feel like when I wear a bold lip I should keep the rest of the look pretty monotone (plus I really like black). I bought these suspenders years ago but never had the chance to wear them. I always liked the way other people wore them with high waisted shorts or pants but there was always that awkward over-the-boob situation. I find that by pairing them with a slightly loose fitting skirt, it was more comfortable and easy to wear.
