Here it is - that holiday you either dread, desire or could care less about. While I feel like this holiday has gotten a tad commercialized (like all others have) I have always viewed it as a chance to show the one you love a little appreciation. And, while you don't necessarily have to do this through the spending of money - it's always nice to get something special for your sweetie. Depending on your man/significant other you could get him a gift card to his favorite guilty fast food pleasure, some fashionable items, or some lingerie for the romantic times (because let's face it, that's just as much a present for him as it is for you).
I don't care how cliche it is, I will always remain a sucker for fresh flowers and chocolate...emphasis on chocolate. My idea of a good gift would be something I don't usually buy for myself, like some pampering products from Lush, perfume, a favorite film - and a good red wine. I don't expect my guy to know my bra size so a romantic sleepwear set would be much easier to purchase.
